plain yogurt

almond-coconut milk
or just almond or coconut

frozen raspberries

banana
honey
uncooked oats

Instructions
In blender or small Ninja, blend yogurt, milk, raspberries, and banana until smooth.
Add honey to taste and blend.
Pour into glass and top with oats if desired.
